Throughout pregnancy, the baby bears its weight on the bladder and organs. The exercises discussed promote the lifting of the organs and the strengthening of the perineum. Rehabilitation begins with inversion exercises of the pelvic floor and only then we work the abdominals. It is important to control that the exercises are performed correctly so as not to increase the intra-abdominal pressure.

You will learn in detail the different stages of rehabilitation and how to create varied sessions while respecting the physiology of the body..
