Terms of Sales

For organizational reasons Swiss Pilates & Yoga reserves the right to modify the dates of a course, to group sessions or replace an absent trainer while guaranteeing the quality of the content. Swiss Pilates & Yoga reserves the right to cancel a course in the event that the number of participants is insufficient. You are then automatically registered on a subsequent session. If the number of participants is reached, your registration will be postponed to the next session.

Registration procedure

Have passed a prior educational interview or followed at least a private lesson in the Swiss Pilates & Yoga studio. Have completed and returned your registration form dated and signed before the start of the training.

Payment conditions

Your registration is definitively validated upon receipt of your registration form. Any training started is due in its entirety.

Payment method:

  • Yoga & Pilates Therapy continuing education module : CHF 480 = 100% at registration
  • Yoga KIDS training module : CHF 680 = 100% at registration
  • Yin Yoga training : CHF 1600 = 100% at registration
  • “Sol & accessories” session : CHF 1600 = 100% at registration
  • “Comprehensive Teacher Training” session : CHF 1600 = 100% at registration
  • “Pilates Reforming” session : CHF 1600 = 100% at registration
  • “Intensive Yoga week” session : CHF 1600 = 100% at registration
  • Pro Pilates training :
    option 1 : CHF 400 registration fees + 100% registration for registration (2 collective courses offered).
    Option 2 : CHF 400 registration fees + 50 % registration for registration + balance of balance of 50 % 2 months maximum after the start of the training.
    To this training must be added the examination costs (theoretical + practice) CHF 110 (x2) and 1 intensive week Pilates soil and accessories (CHF 1600). Financial arrangement on request.
  • Pro Yoga 200 H training :
    Option 1 : CHF 400 registration fees + 100% registration for registration (2 collective courses offered).
    Option 2 : CHF 400 registration fees + 50 % registration for registration + balance of balance of 50 % 2 months maximum after the start of the training.
    To this training must be added the examination costs (theoretical + practice) CHF 110 (x2). Financial arrangement on request.
  • Pro Yoga training :
    option 1 : CHF 400 registration fees + 100% registration payment (2 group lessons offered).
    Option 2 : CHF 400 registration fees + 50 % registration for registration + balance of balance of 50 % 2 months maximum after the start of the training.
    To this training must be added the examination costs (theoretical + practice) CHF 110 (x2) and 2 intensive weeks of yoga (2 x CHF 1600). Financial arrangement on request.
  • Pro YOGA training :
    option 1 : registration fees of CHF 400 + regulation of 100% at registration (2 collective courses offered).
    Option 2 : CHF 400 registration fees + 50 % registration for registration + balance of balance of 50 % 2 months maximum after the start of the training.
    To this training must be added the examination costs (theoretical + practice) CHF 110 (x2) and 2 intensive weeks of yoga (2 x CHF 1600). Financial arrangement on request.

The prices are in Swiss francs, they include the following teaching material:

  • Book "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" + Cards for the pro Pilates training,
  • "Power Yoga" book + cards for pro yoga training,
  • Educational booklet for modules therapy and book "Yoga & Pilates with the family" for the Yoga Kids module,
  • Book "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" for complete Yoga and Pilates therapy training,
  • Book "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" for the Summer Pilates Mat 1 & 2,
  • Book "Treat your discomfort with Yin Yoga" for Yin Yoga training
  • Free access to certain "e-formations" according to training followed

Conditions of cancellation, absence, postponement

Any absence, cancellation or report must be reported in writing in the event of cancellation: as soon as the registration form is signed 100 % of the amount of the training is due. However, in the event of impediment (only case of force majeure: hospitalization), modules may be followed within a maximum of 12 months. If there is no module, the latter remains due. To see on a case -by -case basis for the catch -up of the module. In the event of absence above 20% of the duration of a module, access to exams is not authorized. The days of absence can be caught up by taking prices at the rate in force. The equivalent number of hours will be determined with the trainer.

Price and programs changes

Management reserves the right to modify the programs, prices and general conditions.

RESPONSIBILITY

Management declines all responsibility in the event of a dispute, theft, accident at the scene of the training. It may require a medical certificate attesting to the good physical condition of the trainee.
