Terms of Sales

For organizational reasons, SWISS PILATES & YOGA reserves the right to change course dates, combine sessions, or replace an absent instructor, while guaranteeing the quality of the content. SWISS PILATES & YOGA also reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient participants. In this case, you will be automatically registered for a later session. If the minimum number of participants is reached, your registration will be transferred to the next session.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration for a training course is valid either by sending a dated and signed registration form before the start of the course, or by registering online via the website.
Any registration made via the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Checking the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale" during online registration constitutes a contractual signature and a firm commitment.

PAYMENT TERMS

Your registration is definitively confirmed upon receipt of your registration form. Any training course that has begun is payable in full.

Payment method:
  • Continuing Education Module in Yoga & Pilates Therapy: CHF 480 = 100% upon registration
  • Yoga Kids training module: CHF 680 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive Week - Prenatal Pilates Yoga 30H: CHF 999 = 100% discount upon registration
  • Intensive Week - Yin Yoga & Fascia: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive Week - Mat & Accessories or Pilates for Specific Conditions: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive Week - Pilates Reformer Level 1: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive Week - Pilates Reformer Level 2: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive Week - Pilates Cadillac: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive week - Pilates Spine corrector, barrel and chair: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
  • Intensive Yoga Week session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
Pilates PRO training: 6 modules and 1 week of mat and equipment work
  • Option 1 : 100% payment upon registration (2 group floor classes offered).
  • Option 2 : Payment of CHF 2000 upon registration, then payment of the balance in 2 or 3 installments before the end of the training courses. Financial arrangements available upon request.
Reformer Training - 3 intensive weeks (Reformer level 1 and 2 and Pilates Mat and Accessories):
  • Option 1 : 100% payment upon registration (2 group floor classes offered).
  • Option 2 : Payment for the first week upon registration, then payment for each week before the start of classes. Financial arrangements available upon request.
Professional Yoga Training 200 Hours, 3-week accelerated program:
  • Option 1 : 100% payment upon registration (2 group floor classes offered).
  • Option 2 : Payment for the first week upon registration, then payment for each week before the start of classes. Financial arrangements available upon request.
PRO Yoga Training 200 H 6 Modules:
  • Option 1 : 100% payment upon registration (2 group floor classes offered).
  • Option 2 : Payment of CHF 2000 upon registration, then payment of the balance in 2 or 3 installments before the end of the training courses. Financial arrangements available upon request.
Professional Yoga Training 300 Hours:
  • Option 1 : 100% payment upon registration (2 group floor classes offered).
  • Option 2 : Payment of CHF 2000 upon registration, then payment of the balance in 2 or 3 installments before the end of the training courses. Financial arrangements available upon request.
500-Hour Professional Yoga Training:
  • Option 1 : 100% payment upon registration (2 group floor classes offered).
  • Option 2 : Payment of CHF 2000 upon registration, then payment of the balance in 2 or 3 installments before the end of the training courses. Financial arrangements available upon request.

Prices are in Swiss francs and include the following teaching materials depending on your course:
  • The book "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" + cards for the PRO Pilates training course,
  • The book "Power Yoga" + cards for PRO Yoga training,
  • A teaching booklet for the Therapy modules and the book "Yoga & Pilates for Families" for the Yoga Kids module
  • The book "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" provides comprehensive training in Yoga and Pilates therapy
  • The book "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" for the summer session Pilates Mat 1 & 2,
  • The book "Heal Your Ailments with Yin Yoga" for Yin Yoga training
  • Free access to certain "e-learning courses" depending on the courses taken

CANCELLATION, ABSENCE, AND POSTPONEMENT CONDITIONS

Any absence, cancellation, or postponement must be reported in writing.
In case of cancellation:

Upon signing the registration form, 100% of the training fee is due. However, in case of impediment (only in cases
In the event of force majeure (hospitalization), the Modules can be followed within a maximum period of 12 months.
If a module is missed, the fee remains due. Make-up sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If an absence exceeds 20% of a module's duration, access to the exams will not be permitted. Missed days can be made up by taking courses at the current rate. The equivalent number of hours will be determined with the instructor.

CHANGES TO PRICES AND PROGRAMS

Management reserves the right to modify programs, prices and general conditions.

RESPONSIBILITY

The management accepts no responsibility in the event of a dispute, theft, or accident on the training premises. They may require a medical certificate attesting to the trainee's good physical condition.
