Complete Pilates training

Who is the training for?

Before starting the full training program, you must provide proof of 20 hours of Pilates classes taken (at the studio or any other Pilates studio). It is compulsory to participate in one of the intensive weeks "Pilates: Floor & Accessories" offered, however you can join one of these weeks before, during or after the complete training.

Between the intensive week and the complete Pilates teacher training, you must also provide proof of 30 hours of Pilates lessons attended (at the studio or in any other Pilates studio).

In each of the following 6 modules there are 14 hours taught, / Total of 84 hours. Between each module, students must do 30 hours of personal work, ie 10 hours of lessons, 5 hours of personal practice, 5 hours of observation and 10 hours of teaching.

The required prerequisites, namely 20 hours of lessons before starting the intensive Floor & Accessories training and 30 hours of lessons followed between the intensive Floor & Accessories training and the complete Pilates teacher training are part of the 450 hours of training. At the end of the last module, you must teach 30 hours to Guinea Pig students, follow 30 additional hours and justify 36 hours of observation. Then you must send a sheet with the dates of the observation courses, the self-practice, the courses taken with the signature of the teachers and the courses given with the signature of the students. Then you can schedule an appointment for the practical test. The written exam always takes place one month after the last module. 80% success rate is required to pass. If you do not reach 80%, we schedule another appointment to retake the exam. We work one-on-one with our students throughout the program to ensure they pass their exams.
