The pregnancy period causes significant postural and hormonal changes. During these courses we want to accompany the woman during this period of her life made of perpetual changes in close connection with the baby.

The exercises suggested will help her maintain good posture in order to strengthen the muscles of the back and those of the pelvic floor, which are used throughout pregnancy.

After giving birth, it is essential to take care of the rehabilitation of the pelvic floor. In our sessions, we guide you through different strengthening phases to gradually regain the tone and strength of this muscle. We strengthen your ability to contract, stabilize and maintain posture and organs. After having sufficiently toned this muscle, we take you to the strengthening of the transverse abdominal, the deepest stabilizing muscle for a better postural posture.

Throughout pregnancy the baby puts pressure on the bladder and the organs. The exercises discussed promote the lifting of the organs and the strengthening of the perineum. Rehabilitation begins with inversion exercises of the pelvic floor and only then we work the abdominals. Care is taken not to increase intra-abdominal pressure.

You will learn in detail the different stages of rehabilitation and how to create varied sessions while respecting the physiology of the body.
