You will discover postures that target the areas most vulnerable to fractures, such as the spine, hips and wrists. The instructors will carefully guide you, showing you how to adapt these postures to avoid excessive strain on fragile bones.
Besides the physical aspects, our training will also emphasize the importance of a balanced diet to maintain optimal bone health. You will receive expert nutritional advice, allowing you to choose foods rich in calcium, vitamin D and other essential nutrients for bone health.
