Diploma in complete Pilates training

Complete training in 1 year

  • Before starting the full training programme, you must bring proof of 20 hours of Pilates classes completed (at the studio or any other Pilates studio).

Between the intensive week (Mat Intensive - 40 hours) and the full Pilates teacher training, you must also provide proof of 30 hours of Pilates classes attended (at the studio or any other Pilates studio).

In each of the following 6 modules, there are 14 hours taught, / Total of 84 hours. In between each module, students must complete 30 hours of personal work, consisting of 10 hours of lectures, 5 hours of personal practice, 5 hours of observation and 10 hours of teaching.

The prerequisites of 20 hours of classes before starting the intensive mat training and 30 hours of classes taken between the intensive mat training and the full Pilates teacher training are part of the 450 hours of training. At the end of the last module they have to teach 30 hours to Cobaye students, complete an additional 30 hours and have 36 hours of observation. Then they have to send a sheet with the dates of the observation courses, the self-practice, the courses taken with the teachers' signature and the courses taught with the students' signature. Then they can make an appointment for the practical exam. The written exam always takes place one month after the last module. 80% of the pass rate is necessary to pass. If students do not achieve 80%, we schedule another appointment to retake the exam. We work individually with our students throughout the programme to ensure they pass their exams.
