This module provides you with all the basics of mat practice by covering levels 1 and 2 with props (Magic Circle, Swiss Ball, Elastic Bands, small soft balls and weights). This one week intensive training module is highly recommended for anyone wishing to follow the full Pilates instructor training. In order to register for this intensive week you will need to provide us with proof that you have completed a minimum of 20 hours of Pilates classes.
This module will enable you to :
- Understand the practice in relation to Pilates anatomy and theory.
- Identify the different types of postures.
- Integrate the practice on the ground with its variations by elaborating a progression adapted to the needs of each person.
The Summer Intensive Week is a 40-hour training course that integrates anatomy, physiology, mat Pilates and Pilates with small accessories.
