During this training, you will explore the fundamental principles of Yoga and Pilates, as well as their specific applications to prenatal therapy. You will discover safe postures and movements that promote flexibility, stability and relaxation during pregnancy. You will also learn breathing and meditation techniques that help reduce stress, promote a calm and positive state of mind, and prepare women for childbirth.
In addition to the physical aspects, our training will also focus on the emotional and psychological aspect of pregnancy. You will develop skills to support expectant mothers on their emotional journey, help them connect with their maternal intuition, and cultivate a caring attitude towards themselves and their baby.
