Ebook: Yoga for Kids

A small electronic book specially developed for children, consisting of 41 simple, safe, fun and age-appropriate exercises.

You will find two chapters in this application, one for children aged 4 to 8 and the other for older children aged 8 to 13. The level progresses with age. Each exercise is presented in pictures and it is also accompanied by audio instructions recorded by Miranda Mattig Kumar. Long live form and flexibility!
