Pregnancy brings about significant postural and hormonal changes. In these classes, we aim to support women through this period of constant change in their lives, in close connection with their baby.
The exercises offered will help her maintain good posture in order to strengthen the back muscles and pelvic floor muscles that are used throughout the pregnancy.



Postnatal Yoga
After giving birth, it's essential to focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation. In our sessions, we guide you through different strengthening phases to gradually regain tone and strength in this muscle. We enhance your ability to contract, stabilize, and maintain posture and support your internal organs. Once you've sufficiently toned this muscle, we'll move on to strengthening the transverse abdominis, the deepest stabilizing muscle for improved posture.
Throughout pregnancy, the baby puts pressure on the bladder and other organs. The exercises discussed here promote the repositioning of these organs and strengthen the pelvic floor. Rehabilitation begins with pelvic floor inversion exercises, and only then do we work on the abdominal muscles. Care is taken not to increase intra-abdominal pressure.
You will learn in detail the different stages of rehabilitation and how to create varied sessions while respecting the body's physiology.
