Our  Pilates teacher training  opens the doors to a fulfilling and internationally recognized career. It prepares you to become a  competent, confident, and empathetic instructor , capable of working with a wide range of students.

Two training formats tailored to your needs

You can choose between two routes, depending on your pace and objectives:

Training by modules:

  • one weekend per month, supplemented by a mandatory intensive week of your choice:  Pilates Mat & Accessories  or  Pilates Pathologies .

Intensive training:

  • a condensed 4-week program including  Pilates Mat & Accessories  or  Pilates and Pathologies , but also complete work on  Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and Spine Corrector .

A comprehensive and structured program

The progression is designed to guide you step by step, whether you choose the modular or intensive format. You will study, in particular:
  • The anatomy and physiology of the body
  • Mobilizing and stabilizing muscles
  • Working on machines and accessories
  • Postural analysis and correction of imbalances
  • The theory and fundamental principles of Pilates
  • The structure of an effective class
  • Teaching methods and personalized adjustments

The rates

Training by modules:

  • Registration fee : CHF 400
  • 6 modules : CHF 785 each
  • 1 mandatory intensive week : CHF 1,600
  • Theoretical exam : CHF 110
  • Practical exam : CHF 110
  • Total : CHF 6,930
