GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For organizational reasons, SWISS PILATES & YOGA reserves the right to change course dates, combine sessions, or replace an absent instructor while guaranteeing the quality of the content. SWISS PILATES & YOGA also reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient participants. In this case, you will be automatically registered for a later session or fully refunded. If the minimum number of participants is reached, your registration will be transferred to the next session or refunded.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
You must have completed a preliminary interview or attended at least one private lesson at the SWISS PILATES & YOGA studio. You must have completed and returned your dated and signed registration form before the start of the training.

PAYMENT TERMS
Your registration is definitively confirmed upon receipt of your registration form. Any training course started is payable in full.

Payment options:
• Yoga & Pilates Therapy Continuing Education Module: CHF 480 = 100% upon registration
• Yoga Kids Training Module: CHF 680 = 100% upon registration
• Yin Yoga Training: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
• “Morning & Props” Session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
• “Pilates Reformer” Session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration

• Professional Pilates Training: Option 1: CHF 300 registration fee + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes included).
Option 2: CHF 300 registration fee + 50% payment upon registration + remaining 50% payment within 2 months of the start of the training.
Exam fees (theory + practical) of CHF 110 (x2) are additional. Financial arrangements available upon request.

• 200-Hour Professional Yoga Training: Option 1: CHF 300 registration fee + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes included).
Option 2: CHF 300 registration fee + 50% payment upon registration + remaining 50% payment due no later than 2 months after the start of the training.
Exam fees (theory + practical) of CHF 110 (x2) are additional. Financial arrangements are available upon request.

• 300-Hour Professional Yoga Training: Option 1: CHF 300 registration fee + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes included).
Option 2: CHF 300 registration fee + 50% payment upon registration + remaining 50% payment due no later than 2 months after the start of the training.
Exam fees (theory + practical) of CHF 110 (x2) are additional. Financial arrangements are available upon request.

• 500-Hour Professional Yoga Training: Option 1: CHF 300 registration fee + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes included).
Option 2: CHF 300 registration fee + 50% payment upon registration + remaining 50% payment due no later than 2 months after the start of the training.
Exam fees (theory + practical) of CHF 110 (x2) are additional. Financial arrangements are available upon request.

• "Intensive Yoga Week" session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration

Prices are in Swiss francs and include the following teaching materials:
• "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" book + cards for the PRO Pilates training,
• "Power Yoga" book + cards for the PRO Yoga training,
• teaching booklet for the Therapy modules and "Yoga & Pilates for Families" book for the Yoga Kids module,
• "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" book for the complete Yoga and Pilates Therapy training,
• "Yoga and Pilates Therapy" book for the Pilates Mat 1 & 2 summer session,
• "Heal Your Ailments with Yin Yoga" book for the Yin Yoga training
, • Free access to certain "e-learning courses" depending on the courses taken.

CANCELLATION, ABSENCE, AND POSTPONEMENT CONDITIONS:
All absences, cancellations, or postponements must be notified in writing.

In case of cancellation:
Upon signature of the registration form, 100% of the training fee is due. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (only in cases of force majeure: hospitalization), the modules may be taken within a maximum period of 12 months.
In the event of absence from a module, the fee for that module remains due. Make-up sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If an absence exceeds 20% of the duration of a module, access to the exams will not be permitted. Missed days can be made up by taking courses at the current rate. The equivalent number of hours will be determined with the instructor.

CHANGES TO PRICES AND PROGRAMS
Management reserves the right to modify programs, prices and general conditions.

LIABILITY
The management declines all responsibility in the event of disputes, theft, or accidents occurring on the training premises. It may require a medical certificate attesting to the trainee's good physical condition.
