TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For organizational reasons SWISS PILATES & YOGA reserves the right to modify the dates of a course, to group sessions or replace an absent trainer while guaranteeing the quality of the content. SWISS PILATES & YOGA reserves the right to cancel a class in the event that the number of participants is insufficient. You are then automatically registered for a subsequent session or fully refunded. If the number of participants is reached, your registration will be postponed to the next session or refunded.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Have passed a prior educational interview or followed at least one private class at the SWISS PILATES & YOGA studio. Have completed and returned your dated and signed registration form before the start of the training.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Your registration is definitively validated upon receipt of your registration form. Any training started is due in its entirety.

Payment terms:
• Yoga & Pilates Therapy continuing training module: CHF 480 = 100% upon registration
• Yoga Kids training module: CHF 680 = 100% upon registration
• Yin Yoga training: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration registration
• “Floor & Accessories” session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration
• “Pilates Reformer” session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration

• PRO Pilates training: Option 1: registration fee of CHF 300 + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes offered).
Option 2: registration fee of CHF 300 + payment of 50% upon registration + payment of the balance of 50% maximum 2 months after the start of the training.
To this training must be added the exam fees (theoretical + practical) CHF 110 (X2).
Financial arrangement on request.

•PRO Yoga 200 H training: Option 1: registration fee of CHF 300 + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes offered).
Option 2: registration fee of CHF 300 + payment of 50% upon registration + payment of the balance of 50% maximum 2 months after the start of the training.
To this training must be added the exam fees (theoretical + practical) CHF 110 (X2). Financial arrangement on request.

•PRO Yoga 300 H training: Option 1: registration fee of CHF 300 + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes offered).
Option 2: registration fee of CHF 300 + payment of 50% upon registration + payment of the balance of 50% maximum 2 months after the start of the training.
To this training must be added the exam fees (theoretical + practical) CHF 110 (X2). Financial arrangement on request.

•PRO Yoga 500 H training: Option 1: registration fee of CHF 300 + 100% payment upon registration (2 group classes offered).
Option 2: registration fee of CHF 300 + payment of 50% upon registration + payment of the balance of 50% maximum 2 months after the start of the training.
To this training must be added the exam fees (theoretical + practical) CHF 110 (X2). Financial arrangement on request.

• “Intensive Yoga Week” session: CHF 1600 = 100% upon registration

Prices are in Swiss francs, they include the following educational materials:
• “Yoga and Pilates Therapy” book + cards for PRO Pilates training,
• “Power Yoga” book + cards for PRO Yoga training,
• educational booklet for the modules Therapy and book “Yoga & Pilates in the family” for the Yoga Kids module,
• book “Yoga and Pilates therapy” for the complete Yoga and Pilates therapy training,
• book “Yoga and Pilates therapy” for the summer Pilates Mat 1 & 2 session ,
• book “Treat your discomfort with Yin Yoga” for Yin Yoga training
• Free access to certain “e-training” depending on training followed

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION, ABSENCE, POSTPONEMENT
Any absence, cancellation or postponement must be reported in writing

In the event of cancellation:
Upon signature of the registration form, 100% of the training amount is due. However, in the event of an impediment (only in cases of force majeure: hospitalization), the Modules can be followed within a maximum of 12 months.
In the event of absence from a module, the latter remains due.
To be seen on a case by case basis for catching up on the module. In the event of absence of more than 20% of the duration of a module, access to exams is not authorized. Days of absence can be made up by taking classes at the current rate. The number of equivalent hours will be determined with the trainer.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND PROGRAMS
The management reserves the right to modify programs, prices and general conditions.

RESPONSIBILITY
The management declines all responsibility in the event of a dispute, theft or accident on the training premises. She may require a medical certificate attesting to the good physical condition of the trainee.
