Become a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor

Dive into the heart of machine movement and master one of the most complete and sought-after pieces of equipment in modern Pilates.

The Reformer is now an essential piece of equipment, both in studios and in coaching or rehabilitation centers. With our certification program, structured in two progressive levels and complemented by a mandatory week of Matwork & Accessories, you will develop a deep understanding of biomechanics, alignment, and adjustments in motion. You will also learn to create fluid, effective sessions adapted to all types of practitioners.

A two-level path to obtain your certification

Level 1

Reformer Fundamentals

The first level lays all the essential foundations for teaching safely and confidently. You will learn, in particular, how to:

  • Understanding the role of springs, supports and body positions
  • Teaching the fundamental movements of the Reformer
  • Adapting an exercise for beginners and specific needs
  • Develop your teaching language and your first lesson sequences
  • Incorporate the key principles of Pilates (breathing, precision, concentration, centering, control, fluidity)

Upon completion of Level 1, you will be able to lead a beginner's course and guide your students with clarity, coherence and kindness.

Level 2

Advanced Reformer & Professional Application

The second level leads you to complete mastery of teaching on the Reformer:

  • Exploration of intermediate and advanced variations
  • Postural analysis applied to the Reformer
  • Customized adjustments according to body shapes and limitations
  • Building a comprehensive, intelligent and progressive course
  • Managing a group (6 people) and a private lesson
  • Real-life scenarios, individualized feedback, observation work and supervised practice

At the end of Level 2, you will have the necessary skills to teach a diverse audience: beginners, intermediates, athletes, people with imbalances or limitations.

Successful completion of both levels and the Floor and Accessories week gives you access to the Pilates Reformer Teacher Certificate.

A comprehensive and structured program

The training is designed to allow you to progress step by step, regardless of your background or initial experience.

You will study:
