Yoga training 200 hours 2025/2026

A comprehensive, certified training program.

This 200-hour yoga teacher training course offers a progressive and structured immersion, accessible to all those wishing to develop their expertise in teaching yoga.

You will learn to deepen your personal yoga practice , to teach confidently to different types of students, to adapt your classes to the physical, energetic and emotional needs of each individual, to integrate the essential basics of anatomy and physiology applied to yoga, to explore the philosophy, history and traditions of yoga, and to develop your own teaching style, while respecting the values ​​of yoga.

A deposit of 2000.-chf will be requested upon payment (visible after clicking on the "Payment" button during the registration protocol) the balance remains payable in one or two installments after sending the IBAN from us. We will contact you again for the terms. Thank you for your understanding.
