Complete Pilates training
Who is the training for?
This complete Pilates training is aimed at individuals wishing to become Pilates teachers. It is designed for those who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills in this discipline, whether they are already advanced practitioners or health and well-being professionals looking to diversify their offering.
Mandatory Intensive Week
It is obligatory to participate in one of the intensive weeks "Pilates: Floor & Accessories" offered. You can choose to participate in this intensive week before, during or after the full training.
Proof of Participation in Pilates Classes
During the intensive week and full Pilates teacher training, you must provide proof of 30 hours of completed Pilates classes, whether at the studio or any other Pilates studio.
In each of the following 6 modules, there are 14 hours taught, / Total of 84 hours. Students must complete a total of 30 hours of personal work (distributed over the different modules), i.e. 10 hours of classes, 5 hours of personal practice, 5 hours of observation and 10 hours of teaching.
At the end of the last module, you must teach 30 hours to Guinea Pig students, providing proof of 30 hours of Pilates lessons. Then you must send a sheet with the dates of the observation courses, self-practice, courses taken with the signature of the teachers and courses taught with the signature of the students.
Then you can make an appointment for the practical test. The written exam always takes place one month after the last module. 80% pass rate is required to pass. If you do not reach 80%, we will schedule another appointment to retake the exam.
We work individually with our students throughout the program to ensure they pass their exams.

Matwork & Accessories Intensive Weeks
This module offers you all the basics of practice on the mat as well as the use of accessories:
Soft Ball - Mini Ball and Swiss Ball.
This module will allow you to:
• Understand the practice in relation to the anatomy and theory of Pilates.
• Identify the different types of postures.
• Integrate the practice on the floor with its variations by developing a progression adapted to the needs of each one.
The “Floor & Accessories” week is a 40-hour course in which are integrated exercises in anatomy, physiology, Pilates on mats and Pilates with small accessories.

Elastics - Magic Circle - Flow tonic - Foam Roller
This module will allow you to:
• Understand the practice in relation to the anatomy and theory of Pilates.
• Identify the different types of postures.
• Integrate the practice on the floor with its variations by developing a progression adapted to the needs of each one.
The “Floor & Accessories” week is a 40-hour course in which are integrated exercises in anatomy, physiology, Pilates on mats and Pilates with small accessories.

It is compulsory to follow at least one of the “Floor & Accessories” Modules before starting the 6 Modules of the complete training.
Program of the training
Dates: September 20 & 21, 2025
- Anatomy of the abdominals and deep muscles, postural analysis and flexibility test.
- Lessons with Swissball.
- Evaluation, transition between flexion, extension and rotation.
- Structure of a Mat course and a Reformer course.
- Basic Reformer exercises.
- Mobilizing and stabilizing muscles and how to explain the correct position of the “neutral” pelvis.
- Introductory exercises with accessories.
- Exercises with “Foam Roller”.
Dates: October 11 & 12, 2025
- Use of one kilo balls + softball and demonstration of possible modifications.
- Evaluation of the course structure.
- Postural analysis and flexibility tests, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilities).
- Anatomy and physiology of the body.
- Basic exercises on the Cadillac.
- Comparison of exercises on Reformer and Cadillac and how to translate them to the floor (with softball).
- Magic circle course.
- Partner teaches a basic program on Cadillac and Reformer.
November 15 & 16, 2025
- Exercises on the Reformer
- Anatomy of the pelvic floor and abdominals.
- Learn how to structure a course and make the necessary modifications for the different pathologies
- Basic anatomy.
- Learn the basic and intermediate level exercises on Cadillac.
- Work in group.
- Group lesson with flow tonic.
- Advanced exercises and modifications.
- Practical group work and review of changes.

- Review of the anatomy and physiology of the body and programming for the different postural types.
- Course Mat.
- Course evaluation and Reformer exercises.
- Anatomy test.
- Pilates class with Elastic.
- Exercises on Cadillac and Reformer and structure of a course.
Dates: January 4 & 5, 2025
Dates 2026: January 10 & 11, 2026
- Structure a session on the chair and on the barrel by adapting the level of practice. Chair exercises and explanations of adjustments and exercises in the classic order of Pilates. Course Mat.
- Analyze the difference between baby barrel and barrel. Review of programming assignments. Anatomy and physiology.
- Practice in duet on chair and barrel. Practice and exercises in pairs.
- Specific exercises on the barrel in case of kyphosis.

Dates 2026: 07 & 08 February 2026
- Anatomy and functional alignments of the skeleton, knowing how to adapt the practice for each postural type on the machines and on the ground.
- Revisions on machines, Reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrel.
- Develop progressions from the basic program with accessories: foam roller, small ball, magic circle on the floor and with the machines.
- Adapt the repertoire to specific needs such as back pain and postural problems.

Prerequisites & Exam
Recommendation:
It is mandatory to do one of the intensive “Floor & Accessories” weeks before starting this training.
Exam conditions:
Obligation to have practiced 30 hours of teaching on real clients, following Module 5, with study of each case and followed 30 hours of semi-private lessons. (Presentation of a summary with the implementation of the programs of the sessions.) Review of all the levels of certification for the final test. Combine all equipment for individual and small group sessions (2 or 3 people).
The technique, the structure of the course and the pedagogy. It is necessary to reach 80% of success to pass the exam. In the event of failure, a review and/or practice program must be established to improve the weak points and take the test a second time.
Theoretical exam:
Anatomy and physiology test lasting 1h30 which must be carried out 2 months at the latest after the last module.
Practical exam:
In the form of a lesson with a student of your choice.
