 additional session:

“Pilates all levels” Mondays at 10:00 am

 this complements our morning sessions already in place:

Pilates: Wednesday – 10:00 am

During your first private or semi-private session, a complete postural analysis as well as a personal evaluation are carried out. This helps to identify the muscles that need to be strengthened in order to balance your posture.

You also get a private introduction to the Pilates method. One session lasts 55 minutes.

This is a very advantageous way of working effectively with one or two friends, also by appointment only. We also try to team up practitioners with others of the same expectation and level of experience to work together.

Important notice: group sessions take place in our studio Rue Adrien-Lachenal 24. Here we have 2 spacious rooms “1” and “2”. Private and semi-private sessions take place at Rue de l’Est 4
