This module is an integral part of our continuous education training.

Knee Rehabilitation

Pilates techniques have evolved greatly. The Bosu ball / balance board combines the basics of Pilates and proprioception to create functional sessions.

Learn how to design a course that respects the harmony between flexions, extensions and rotations, in order to lengthen muscles, encourage proper body mechanics and avoid injuries and bad posture.

A fantastic tool to work on the proprioception and stabilizers of the body while integrating the mobilizing muscles.

On a physical level, it is particularly interesting to connect the work of deep muscles and superficial muscles. An accessory that allows us to give a new dimension to Pilates and Yoga exercises.
