  • Physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates.

Pregnancy causes significant postural and hormonal changes. In this module you will learn how to help the mother-to-be stay in shape, strengthen the pelvic floor and improve posture for an easier delivery, shorten the postnatal recovery phase and prevent incontinence.

Support: 2 DVDs and written manual.

    Next dates : Saturday 20 Nov 2021 & Saturday 05 Feb 2022 from 9am to 4pm

  • Physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates.

During the entire pregnancy the baby carries its weight on the bladder and organs. The exercises discussed promote the lifting of the organs and the strengthening of the perineum. Rehabilitation begins with pelvic floor inversion exercises and only afterwards the abdominal muscles are worked on. It is important to ensure that the exercises are performed correctly so as not to increase intra-abdominal pressure.

You will learn in detail about the different stages of rehabilitation and how to create varied sessions while respecting the physiology of the body.

Support: a DVD and detailed written support.

Next date: Saturday 07 May 2022 from 9am to 4pm
