Organisation

For organisational reasons, SWISS PILATES & YOGA reserves the right to change the dates of lectures and training sessions, or to replace an absent instructor, while ensuring the quality of it’s services. SWISS PILATES & YOGA reserves the right to cancel a lesson if the number of participants is insufficient. If this is the case, you will automatically be registered on a subsequent lesson or a full refund will be given. If the maximum number of participants has already been reached, your registration will be carried over to the next session or refunded.

Enrolment Procedure

Participants must have had a prior consultation with a member of the teaching staff, or participated in at least one session at SWISS PILATES & YOGA for the basic Pilates & Yoga training programs. At least 20 practice sessions must have been taken prior to commencing the training.

A signed and dated registration form must also be submitted, or, if not possible, participation must be confirmed in writing before the start of the training.

Conditions and payment

Your registration is validated upon receipt of your confirmation. Complete payment is due for any training already commenced.

Methods of payment :

  • Continuing Education Module ≤ 300 CHF: 100% due upon registration
  • Comprehensive training module: registration fee 300 CHF , subsequent payments of + 785 CHF or 680 CHF for each module thereafter.

All prices are in Swiss francs, and include training materials (workbooks, DVD for Pilates training, book and cards for Yoga training), an exam fee of 110 CHF will also be required. In the event of not passing the course, review training will require a fee of 110 CHF. Payment can be made ​​in full before the start of training or during each module. For monthly payments, deadline dates will be clearly communicated to you during the billing process (from 2 to 10 months) and are not able to be changed at a later date. Late payment fees will be applied immediately after the first billing period. In the event of non-payment, the total amount will be due in one installment and access to the training course denied until such a time as the bill is settled.

Cancellation, absence & postponement terms and conditions

Any absence, cancellation or postponement must be reported in writing (mail, email) within the agreed timeframe: less than 15 days before and after the start of training 100% of the training fees will be due – no refund or postponement to a later date will be permitted.

Training can only be postponed once and must be completed within a 12 month period. Beyond this, no refund will be given. In the event of absences totalling more than 20% of the training course duration, the participant will not be permitted to take the exam. Absent days can be made up through taking lessons at the current lesson tarrif. The equivalent number of hours required will be determined through consultation with the trainer.

Changes to prices and programmes

The management reserves the right to change programmes, prices and the general terms and conditions.

Responsibility

The management does not accept any responsibility for any dispute, theft or accident that occurs on site. It reserves the right to demand a medical certificate from any trainee, to confirm that they are in good physical health to undertake the course.
