New course at Swiss Pilates and Yoga
We provide Barre classes, a fun workout with music where you will sweat in order to get a toned, lean body.
In these classes you will strengthen your postural muscles as well as big muscle groups,
such as your gluts and tights, inspired by dance movements.

Classes are suitable for adults and teenagers.
You can book private and semi-private classes according to your schedule.
