Prenatal training 30h

Our training is open to anyone wishing to deepen their knowledge and develop skills in prenatal support:

• Yoga and Pilates instructors : to expand their expertise and offer sessions adapted to pregnant women.
• Health and wellness professionals : midwives, physiotherapists, osteopaths, doulas or other specialists supporting expectant mothers.
• Future prenatal teachers : those who wish to specialize in prenatal practices and support women during their pregnancy.
• Passionate about prenatal : anyone interested in Yoga, Pilates and the world of pregnancy, even without prior experience.
